Symbolic Monarch Migration continues delivering your incredible Ambassadors throughout the schools at Sierra Chincua Sanctuary. A secondary colony in the sanctuary continues to remain in a state of hibernation, despite temperatures increasing abruptly. These temperatures may trigger the beginning of the systematic departure. They have spent nearly four months of winter here, far from the extreme weather conditions that you have in northern states and provinces.

A letter from a group whose Spanish teacher is from northern Mexico reveals so much of life there, ” students shared with great excitement. “As we reach middle school, learning English as a second language will be part of our education and we will also learn more about different cultures in the world,” they added.

It is such an indescribable feeling to see how through Monarchs and the Symbolic Monarch Migration, we can connect the cultures of Canada, the USA, and Mexico. We share and feel close to one another by having this commitment in common: Monarchs and Nature Conservation.

La Migración Simbolica continúa entregando sus increíbles Embajadoras a lo largo y ancho de las escuelas en el Santuario Sierra Chincua donde se encuentra la segunda colonia hibernando a pesar de las temperaturas que aumentan abruptamente. Estas temperaturas pueden apresurar el inicio de la salida gradual. Las mariposas han pasado casi cuatro meses de invierno con nosotros lejos de las condiciones de clima extremo que ustedes tienen en estados y provincias del norte.

Compartieron los alumnos con emoción. “Cuando vayamos a la secundaria, aprender Inglés será parte de nuestra educación y también aprenderemos mas acerca de diferentes culturas en el mundo” Añadieron los alumnos.
