SCHOOL VISIT.-

Families to children attending the “Adolfo Lòpez Mateos” from the “Cerro Prieto” community, are most Ejidatario families owning the rights of the “Sierra Chincua” Monarch Sanctuary and its land territory forest benefits. Even though they are around 20 kilometers away from that land territory itself, this obeys to Constitutional decree far back in our history. So families to these children highly depend on the preservation knowledge of our local ecosystem. Once the presentation on pollinators started, children were stunned to hear about the important of our five very important pollinators presented to them today, which live in our Oyamel forests the way they are determining our survival!. “Mom and Dad and grandpa’s will be very happy to hear all what I was learning today about pollinators, since they all live in the Sanctuaries with Monarchs”, —some said—. “The ones in my family shall learn this and tell tourists about all this we have learned today; many people ignore how important they are!. To think that we have all the fruits and vegetables we want, so unexpensive, and that our pollinator highly contribute to it!.. —Others commented—. “During the raining season we can eat so many varieties of mushrooms we collect from the forest and to think that pollinationare maybe another important part of this to be possible …”., they completed as they recognized all the delicious fruits, vegetables and grains the content in their letter to their counterparts in the North shows this time!. “.
